COVID-19 Protocol:

NEW UPDATE: Based on the new CDC and PA Department of Health guidelines, if you have been fully vaccinated you may enter the store without a mask.

The staff at The ClothesVine will be following the same policy and continuing to offer a safe shopping experience for you, our valued customers. 

If you wish to continue wearing a mask, We encourage you to do so at your own comfort level.

Shipping Information: 
Orders will be shipped out within one to two business days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Once your order is shipped, it generally arrives within five business days. Currently, we are only shipping within the United States and cannot ship to post office boxes. 

Online Returns:   
We want you to love everything you receive from The ClothesVine. If for some reason you are not totally satisfied, please let us know. Returns and exchanges are accepted. 

  • All online returns must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • All online returns of sale items must received with 7 days of original purchase date.
  • All item(s) must be returned to us in their original condition.  Unworn, unwashed, smoke-free and with tags still attached.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original packaging.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any item(s) sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer.
  • You can also return your item(s) to in store for store credit at the clothesvine, 134 W. High St., Carlisle PA, 17013

Damaged/Defective Items:
  • We double check all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you. However, if you think we made a mistake, please contact us immediately.
